STUDIO
Our lessons take place in a purpose-built soundproofed studio located in Collier Street, between Marden and Paddock Wood.
Housed in a large, converted barn that also functions as a rehearsal studio and recording space, it is a great location to learn music and not worry about the noise!
Facilities include two drumkits, guitar and bass amps, teaching peripherals, and foldback speakers for playing along to music.
We also have use of recording equipment, a mixing console and studio monitors, perfect for learning about recording and the studio environment.

DRUM LESSONS
Learn on a full kit in our barn studio, whether you’re tapping out rhythms for fun or training for performance. We cover the basics (beats, fills, timing), to advanced techniques (improvisation, odd time signatures, alternative styles) at a pace you can handle. Lessons are energetic and tailored: you might start with a favourite pop beat, then build toward rock or jazz mastery. We teach all styles of drumming, including pop, rock, metal, reggae, jazz and latin/world styles.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Our teaching philosophy is simple: structured but fun. We follow proven graded methods to build solid skills, but we also mix it up by learning your favourite songs, particular genres, and exploring improvisation.
Whether you’re a teen learning drums, an adult picking up guitar for the first time, or a parent enrolling an 8‑year‑old in bass, we personalise each lesson to your interests and goals. The result is our students enjoy learning and quickly gain confidence, discipline and real musical ability.
You will not only learn how to play an instrument, but how to thrive as a musician - developing confidence to write, jam and perform with other musicians - giving you the skills to pursue music as a real passion or career.
YOUR TUTOR

Fully DBS-checked, and with experience teaching all ages, you'll feel safe in the knowledge that your learning is in good hands.
